ScarpaCare^TM - is a service that removes your burden of computer maintenance by taking care of activities such as deploying patches, reviewing system health, managing anti-virus updates, removing spyware, and monitoring backups. ScarpaCare is delivered from our 24x7 Network Operations Center, using the same management tools used by companies like Sony and Mitsubishi to manage their internal systems, but in support of small businesses.

Anti-Virus Protection

• ScarpaCare can ensure DAILY (usually update is only weekly) signature update from your installed anti-virus programs



• As part of your ScarpaCare program, Scarpa Technology will give you an always licensed and updated version of Trend Micro's Award-Winning Anti-Virus software. You can use this instead of your currently installed program or switch when your current license expires.

Spyware Protection

• ScarpaCare can ensure DAILY (usually update is only weekly) signature update from your installed anti-spyware programs



• As part of the ScarpaCare program, Scarpa Technology will give you an always licensed and updated version of Ad-Aware Professional, the highest rated Anti-Spyware software available.

System Monitoring

• Patch Management and Service Pack Installation - Ensure that your system is always up-to date with the latest Microsoft patches and service packs. Scarpa Technology will ensure that all patches and service packs are tested and verified before they can be loaded onto your system by our NOC personnel.



• Temporary File and Internet Debris Removal - Ensure that your computer is not storing unneeded files that may impact your privacy and/or the performance of your system.



• Disk Monitoring - Ensure that your hard drive is functioning as required. Defragmentation and system scans are performed regularly to ensure both the health and performance of your hard drive(s).
